Applications of BBa_M36953

For a study on the potentials of RiAFP as a cryoprotectant, the part was inserted into a vector backbone consisting of a constitutive promoter and GFP reporter protein and subsequently transfected within a HEK293T cell. Below is the flow cytometry data concluding aspects of the transfected (and non-transfected) samples' cell viabilities and overall transfection efficiency.
